Frequent Mistakes

When entering your card details please ensure that you check the following:

  • You have entered the correct card type (eg Mastercard, Visa, Switch)
  • You have entered the card number correctly (the card number is the longest number shown on the card)
  • You have used the correct cardholders name
  • You have entered the expiry and valid from dates correctly

If you experience problems with entering your payment details please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.

Switch Cards and Issue Numbers

When using a Switch card please enter the long payment number (the longest number displayed in the centre of the card, not the smaller account number at the base of the card.)

You need only enter an issue number for a Switch card. If your Switch card has no issue number, like some Royal Bank of Scotland cards, then type in a dash "-".

Home Delivery & Installation Checklist

To help ensure that your product is delivered successfully please check the following information and advice:

  • You have provided us with the phone number where you will be contactable on the date of delivery.
  • You have checked the dimensions of the product to ensure that it fits in the space / unit where you plan to put it.
  • You have clear access and a route through your home to where you want the product placed.
  • You have checked your chosen product is the correct model and colour.
  • Please remeber to check your new appliance for any damage & that all accessories are included before the delivery team leave.
  • Our deliveries are all day calls, am/pm preferences cannot be specified.
  • Deliveries will only be made to the address specified on the order and not to a neighbour for example.
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery in person, they are unable to be left in an outhouse or garage.
  • All gas appliances need to be fitted by a Corgi registered installer and do not come with connection hoses.
  • Electric cooking appliances need to be professionally wired in by a recognised installer and do not come with the connection cable or plug.

We deliver all products to UK mainland and selected products to the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

Security Code

With credit card orders - to protect you - we request the additional Security Code from your credit card.

VISA

The Verification Code is a three-digit number on the back of your Visa Credit card. The full credit card number or just the last four digits of your card number are in the signature box and at the end of the number is the verification Code.

The Verification Code is a three-digit number on the back of your MasterCard. The full credit card number or just the last four digits of your card number are in the signature box and at the end of the number is the verification Code.

The Verification Code is a four-digit number on the front of the card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your American Express credit card.

Why Should I Save My Payment Details?

If you save your payment details it will make your Checkout process easier. Once your payment details are entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re-enter them again when you make your next order.

Why do I need a password?

When you create a password it allows you to access your account information. Once entered, your contact, delivery and payment details will be stored and you will not have to re enter them again when you make your next order.

Your password is unique to your email address and ensures that your account details remain secure. You can access you account information at any time to edit any of your account details.
